High Rule is an indie-leaning hip-hop duo from Chicago, comprised of artists Seis and Buoy. Although the two became childhood friends over their mutual love of The Legend Of Zelda (which later inspired their name), it wasn’t until they reconnected at the University of Wisconsin that they began to make music together. Their unique voice brews together hip-hop, electronic, and pop music.
